On 30th August 2025, St. Joseph’s Convent High School, Whitefield, participated in an Eye Donation Awareness Walkathon organized by Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital. The walkathon commenced from Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital, Whitefield, and concluded at the school premises.

The event aimed to spread the noble message that “Giving Sight is Giving Life.” Through this initiative, students were encouraged to develop values of compassion, service, and community engagement.

Guided and supervised by their teachers, the students actively took part in the walkathon, making it a meaningful and memorable experience. The program not only created awareness about the importance of eye donation but also instilled in young minds a sense of social responsibility.
